Medicinal cannabis is an additional treatment option for many patients. The ingredients tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) are particularly important here. DEPOSITION Since April 1, 2024, THC is no longer subject to the Narcotics Act, medical cannabis can now also be prescribed as a private or e-prescription.
